Explanation:

My husband passed away unexpectedly on 4/7/2024 after 40 hours on life support. The Memorial was about 350 people on 5/19/24. I have only been able to work 2-4 hours per day and it's my first year filing this form. I really didn't even think about it in all of the chaos.
