Explanation:

This filing is late due to issues related to our 2023 filing that were being resolved in early 2024. Additionally, I am a volunteer treasurer for the organization and I have been caring for an elderly parent who suffered a stroke. I have only recently been able to catch up on my tasks as treasurer.
