What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The IRC is a community association of residents of a long term Life Care Retirement community, made up of 3 stages of living: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care. Residents are largely 75+ years of age and is operated by volunteers. It has no professional staff or assistance. It functions as a communicating vehicle representing resident's interest within the community.
