Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	Executive Director gathered 990s from comparable organizations and gave them to Compensation Committee for review. Compensation Committee met and formed recommendations for officer stipends. Compensation Committee presented recommendations to BOD. Conflicted Board members left the room for discussion and vote. Board approved recommendation of committee.
