ALL OTHER STAFF MEMBER'S SALARIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL BUDGET PREPARED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, WHICH MUST BE PRESENTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE FINANCE/INVESTMENT COMMITTEE ANNUALLY. THE EXECUTIVE AND FINANCE COMMITTEES CONSIDER SALARY RANGES FROM SIMILAR LOCAL POSITIONS AS WELL AS SIMILAR-SIZED COMMUNITY FOUNDATIONS AS REPORTED IN THE SALARY REPORTS OF THE COUNCIL OF FOUNDATIONS AND THE SOUTHEASTERN COUNCIL OF FOUNDATIONS.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION C, LINE 19 THE ORGANIZATION MAKES ITS GOVERNING DOCUMENTS, CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC UPON REQUEST AND EITHER MAILS, EMAILS, OR FAXES THE APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS TO THE RECIPIENT DEPENDING ON THE PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES. THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE PUBLISHED IN THE ORGANIZATION'S MAGAZINE. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION'S 990 IS REPORTED ON GUIDESTAR.COM EACH YEAR FOR GENERAL PUBLIC REVIEW.
