ALL GRANT RECOMMENDATIONS ARE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. DONOR ADVISED FUNDS RECOMMENDED 794 GRANTS TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS THEY VALUE. PART V, LINE 4: THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION'S ENDOWMENT FUNDS ARE USED TO ADDRESS A BROAD RANGE OF COMMUNITY NEEDS. THE ENDOWMENT FUNDS ARE A RESERVOIR OF CHARITABLE CAPITAL THAT GO ON GIVING YEAR AFTER YEAR TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNITY. THE ENDOWMENT FUNDS ARE INVESTED, AND INVESTMENT INCOME FROM THE FUNDS IS USED ANNUALLY FOR GRANTS TO SUPPORT A BROAD RANGE OF COMMUNITY PROGRAMS THAT IMPACT THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE. EACH ENDOWMENT FUND IS ESTABLISHED WITH THE DONOR INTENT AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN MIND. THERE ARE SEVERAL CATEGORIES OF FUNDS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION.
