There was a substantial contraction that occurred in December 2023 when the Trustees distributed the majority of the trust assets to two separate donor-advised funds held at Charles Schwab. $212,641 was distributed to Schwab Charitable Donor-Advised Fund for Diana Jones Charitable Account, of which Co-Trustee Diana Mawhinney is an advisor; and $171,235 was distributed to Schwab Charitable Donor-Advised Fund for Homer and Ida Jones Charitable Fund, of which co-Trustee Sara Konhaus is an advisor. None of the distributions were counted toward the required qualifying distributions for 2023. Assets consisting of various stocks, bonds and mutual funds were distributed in kind on December 5, 2023, and December 6, 2023.
