Advance ticket sales in the amount of $23,598 was collected using Ludus online ticket service. Also, actual expenses through October 2023 were $76,507; inclusive of one-half of the performers contractual fee ($73.750). Due to slow ticket sales the October event was cancelled and rescheduled to Saturday, April 13, 2024. The advance ticket sales were returned to each patron ($25,146). Unfortunately, we were unable to issue the credits via the original payment method on Ludus; so individual chapter checks were issued to each patron. All refunds were made by October 27, 2023. The Chapter absorbed the Ludus processing fees of $1,548. As of this reporting year, there are no additional tickets sales and total expenses are $117,152 (including the returned ticket sales) |
