The organization was able to keep at least 700 members abreast of up to date information on legislation affecting their pension, upcoming activities, and member benefits through the publication of three Newsletters. Members of the organization who were sick received get-well cards and cards were also sent to families grieving the loss of their loved ones. The organization also had a successful Health Fair for members and the community as well as a Fall and Spring Luncheon for members. |
| Part IV Officers, Directors, Trustees, and Key Employees | The Association of Baltimore City Public School Retirees, Incorporated has no employees who are paid a salary. The officers and the Members-at-Large are not paid a salary. All of the work that they do is volunteer. They volunteer throughout the year to attend monthly meeting, visiting seniors, send cards to members, and attending its and State functions to stay abreast of information for dissemination to members. |
