	During most of the year, the CoViD-19 pandemic caused us to cease in-person meetings. We were able to hold a few virtual meetings, but we were not well equipped to do that. With the gradual emergence of in-person meetings late in the year, we managed to hold some membership meetings in person. Thus, we did continue to provide networking for senior financial executives with each other and with our sponsoring organizations, and at some of our meetings we were able to hear speakers of professional interest.

	Our revenue was reduced early in the year (pandemic holiday for dues and sponsorships), revenue soon recovered. However, with 2022's pandemic holiday having reduced revenue, we skipped making a contribution to the University Foundation for scholarship funds this year.

Form 990, Part III, Line 3	The organization recovered slowly from the pandemic. There were fewer than a full slate of programs and the organization gave a fiscal year (July to June) free of dues and sponsorship fees. Along with this, the organization skipped this year for giving scholarship funds through the UNLV Foundation.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	Answered yes as no committee of the organization was authorized to act on behalf of the Board of Directors, and so all decisions are documented in the minutes and resolutions of the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Because of time limitations, the initial filing of this Form 990 (by mail, which the IRS rejected) was filed at the same time as it was shared with the Board of Directors. Since then, the Board reported no material errors to this filer and thus the submission was approved.

This Form 990 was filed timely on 9.9.2024, by mail, which the IRS stamped as received 9.18.2024 but then rejected it, as it was not filed electronically. As I, the Treasurer, had to leave the country on the 10th and would not return before 9.15.2024, this form was filed hastily, and I had thought that very-small non-profits could still file by mail. I should have known that this was not the case. I received the form back by mail 10.22.2024 and am re-filing electronically now, as promptly as I can (with some delays with from the filing software). Please pardon the initial hasty and unprofessional mailed filing and please, please dismiss any penalty for late filing. It will not happen again! Thank you.
