What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? In 2023, the Veterinary Specialty Practice Alliance (VSPA) achieved significant milestones aimed at enhancing member engagement and organizational efficiency. VSPA hosted hybrid conferences in May and October, offering in-person and virtual attendance, with sessions recorded for later viewing. These events facilitated knowledge-sharing and professional development opportunities for members nationwide. New officers were elected via electronic balloting in September, ensuring a democratic and inclusive leadership transition. 2023 marked the beginning of EIDL loan repayments. VSPA also exhibited at two prominent conferences: the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and the International Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Conference in Denver, CO. These appearances not only elevated awareness of VSPA's mission but also assisted member clinics in recruiting skilled clinicians and staff.
