Management duties delegation Part VI line 3	Our President is the overseer of the entire region; this person is responsible for ensuring the body and business is handled as indicated in our regional bylaws as well as our national bylaws. The Vice President is an assistant to the President and also responsible for the overseer of our undergraduate chapters.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	We have a body of membership consisting of the Southeastern Region (Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Mississippi, Bahams, Virgin Islands, Florida). We have members in each state, and a total of approximately 6,000 members.
