	The Association was active in 2023 in presenting its views to the Texas Legislature, Railroad Commission of Texas and the Supreme court of Texas. Association Representatives Attend or viewed legislative hearings and RRC meetings. The association filed AMICUS Curiae briefs in the State supreme court. Information on current initiatives in the Legislative, regulatory, and judicial branches was distributed and presented throughout the year to the membership and to non-members across the state. TLMA staff were speakers or TLMA was represented at events held across the state as sponsored by TLMA and other organizations. the Association published articles by mail and email addressing current issues.
