IIMCO AND INATAI CAPITAL GP LLC ARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES. THE FOUNDATION ACCOUNTS FOR UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS WHEREBY THE EFFECT OF THE UNCERTAINTY WOULD BE RECORDED IF THE OUTCOME WAS CONSIDERED PROBABLE AND ESTIMABLE.
