Explanation:

I was unable to have the form accepted via e-file. There was a field that continued to reject my submission. I then mailed the form so that I would not have a late filing status. This paper form was also rejected. I have since sought CPA help on the filing to make sure we have this submitted and will be able file in a timely manner for 2024. For many years we filed paper filing with no issues.
