What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Association is the primary liason with local government agencies and the press for Haymarket pushcart vendors. The Association is currently working for a better layout of the HPA in front of the new hotel being developed on Parcel 9 to allow better traffic flow. The Association continues to advocate
