Part VI, Line 3	Property management tasks such as collecting signed leases room inspections paying utility bills and finding plumbers and electricians are handled by SigEp National Housing.
Part VI, Line 6	Members include all alumni who were initiated at the NJ Alpha chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon plus "renaissance brothers" selected by the undergraduate members.
Part VI, Line 7a	Between three and twelve alumni directors serve staggered 3-year terms. Any alumni board member or NJ Alpha alumni in good standing may nominate and vote for directors at the annual meeting. The directors then nominate and vote for officer positions.
