What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Organization's primary purpose is to promote the education of the generalpublic in the preservation and operation of antique farm equipment.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The organization held two shows, open to the public. The gross receipts were derived mainly from gate and show receipts, silent auctions, appearance fees, vendor fees, equipment raffles and sales of hats, shirts and buttons. Although there is a fund-raising nature to the shows, the net amounts realized are to fund contributions and maintenance of equipment owned and maintained by the association. This equipment is commonly displayed at these events and the expenses of moving and storage, as well as preservation (repairs and maintenance) are included herein.
