What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE PCDS ALLIANCE INC. IS TO COMMUNICATE AND BUILD INDUSTRY SUPPORT FOR STANDARDS AND THEN TO DEVELOP THE STANDARDS. THE ACTIVITIES ARE FUNDED BY MEMBERSHIP DUES. THE ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN ELECTRONIC DATA STANDARDS FOR PRIVATE CAPITAL TO HELP THE INDUSTRY AUTOMATE ITS REPORTING.
