What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The American College of Eye Surgeons (ACES) fundamental objective is to promote high quality standards in the area of opthalmic surgical services. ACES is committed to assuring a continuing awareness of the importance and value of high quality ophthalmic surgical services among the public, governmental regulators, insurers, alternate delivery systems and others. Additionally, ACES hosts annual "Quality Surgery" educational programs, which provide a forum through which physicians are exposed to many of the newest techniques in surgical ophthalmology.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The organization co-sponsors along with American Board of Eye Surgeons and the Society for Excellence in Eyecare the Caribbean Eye Meeting to promote, encourage and enhance quality opthalmic surgical care for the benefit of all patients.
