Part VI, Line 3 Flasher Community Credit Union entered into a management agreement with Capital Credit Union effective September 1 2023. Capital Credit Union assumed the general management of the operations of Flasher. Services provided by Capital included executive supervision; hiring training and supervision of all Flasher employees; contracting for and supervision of routine repairs maintenance replacements and additions; theft control; and monthly financial statement preparation.
