Gen Info-Venetian Isles Homeowners Association Inc - VIHA is a registered Not for Profit Chapter 617 of the FL State Statutes. The Venetian Isles neighborhood consists of 530 lots (households) of which 522 are currently subject to the VIHA manadatory deed restrictions
Membership in VIHA is not a requirement of a homeownership and the voluntary dues payments are used primarily for the support of the association. Line 1 includes $69,678 of dues collected in 2024.
