	Education - Held four board meetings and an annual strategy session to focus on general session content, principles for the industry and white paper topics for educational purposes. Reviewed our 5 key initiatives at the quarterly meetings. Held 3 in-person general sessions for our entire membership to cover industry trends for alts in DC plans, operational/technological advancements, the merits of different types of non-traditional investments and how they may benefit DC retirement plan savers, and initiated our industry changing Principles Initiative.

Pt VI, Line 11b	Two internal organizational personnel review the 990 which is prepared by a Certified Public Accountant. The Board is provided with a copy of the 990, as electronically filed, during Quarter 2 board meetings. We make the form available to all members upon request.
