Schedule O: Part 1.16 Other Expenses: Organization undertook major renovations on property at 207 Pittsboro St., Chapel Hill, NC 27516 (social club property). The entirety of the amount in this other expenses line is attributable to renovation expenses we incurred in 2024. Part 2.26 Total Liabilities: We took out additional loans in 2024 from our national organization, 1847, Inc., to finance the 2024 renovations to our property.
