| Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9 | Part IX, Line 9 Other Changes in Net Assets or Fund BalanceThe beginning fund balance was $21,270, and the ending was $17,263 reflecting a net cash decrease of $4,007 for the year. To accurately report fund balance, a deduction of $61,996 is needed. (Part I, Line 19 is $57,989 made up of $61,996 (input from 990T) and the General Acct loss of $-4,007.The reason for the entry is that Revenues, Expenses, Balances on Form 990 include reporting numbers from Form 990-T.These are not Cash-In, Cash-Out to reflect the actual cash balances on Part X, Balance Sheet. Accordingly, the inclusion of the 990-T data does not impact fund balance as it is utilized by the bingo contractor in its operations. This organization received $12,000 this year from the Bingo contractor per(Part VIII,1f). |
