  Form 990PF-General Explanation Attachment 1 A mistake was made in our original application for federal nonprofit status (Form 1023-EZ) and our organization erroneously applied for, and was granted, nonprofit status under section 501(c)(3) as a private foundation rather than as a public charity. When we discovered our mistake, we filed Form 8940 Request for Miscellaneous Determination requesting to terminate the private foundation classification under section 507(b)(1)(B) (Schedule I) in order to be reclassified as a public charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Please note that we currently do, and always have operated as a public charity and are filing this Form 990-PF as a condition of meeting our filing obligation under the 60 month rule to be determined a public charity under the above referenced section.
