What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROMOTE HORSE AND PONIES IN HARFORD COUNTY AND ADJOINING AREAS. THE ORGANIZATION'S GOAL IS TO STIMULATE INTEREST IN SHOWING AND RIDING HORSES AND PONIES AND TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE A PUBLIC FACILITY FOR SHOWING HORSES AND PONIES.
