Schedule D, Part X, Line 2 U.S. GAAP requires management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Organization and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Organization has taken an uncertain tax position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. For the years ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, the Organization has determined that no material uncertain tax positions qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.
