TO MANAGE THE CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS BUSINESS SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS THAT DIRECTLY ADDRESS THE NEGATIVE ECONOMIC IMPACTS CAUSED BY COVID-19. FUNDING FOR THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA). ALL PROGRAMMING COMPLIES WITH THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE ACT AND GUIDANCE ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY. THE ALLIANCE DIRECTLY MANAGES PROGRAMS FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, FACADE IMPROVEMENT, PANDEMIC MITIGATION IMPROVEMENTS, AND BUSINESS DISTRICT CAPACITY BUILDING GRANTS.
