X 2 Management has evaluated the tax positions taken by the Local and Building Corp. and has concluded that as of December 31, 2024, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken, that would require the recognition of a liability or asset or disclosure in the consolidating and consolidated financial statements. The entities are subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions until the applicable statute of limitations expires, however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.
