Form 990, Part X11, Line 2C	The process the Board uses for overseeing preparation of financial statements and selection of the independent accountant has not changed from prior year. Due to recent legislative changes, the Board has elected to perform transactional testing and a compilation for the year ended June 30, 2021, rather than an audit. Audits will be done on a rotating basis, with need determined by the Board.
