	General Meetings and Seminars provided to members and guests on a variety of different topics and agendas regarding the organization. Topics range from doing business with the US government to local changes in Kuwait regulation. The sessions are meant to provide members with the latest news or developments in a variety of catagories in order to keep them at the forefront of their businesses.

Part VI, Line 7b	The governing body is subject to the voting rights of the regular members. The board must provide motions to a general assembly for major change and or actions by the organization. Normal and general activites generally do not require a vote of the full body of members.
Part VI, Line 12c	The staff of the organization routinely refers to the by-laws and on-call legal assistance when faced with any questions or issues regarding compliance with any and all applicable laws both in the US and in outside jursdicictions.
