Explanation:

I George Delta was responsible for preparing and filing the foundations Form 990-PF. In late March I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and had to go through a battery of scans and other tests to determine its severity. One such scan indicated there was a blood clot in the upper chamber of my heart. Due to these various tests and procedures I was not able to gather all the documentation necessary to file the return. I have now filed the return as soon as I could after attending to my health.
