Tax Preparer inadvertenly failed to file extension. After converting to a new tax program the non profit returns did not automatically convert to the new program. We beleive we filed online, but cannot find evidence of such. if this is indeed late due to failure to file 8868, this is soley the preparer's oversight, not the client's. We respectively request abatement of all related penalties due to this oversight.
