What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To ensure a safe and healthy food supply for all and to safeguard Californias agricultural resources. To accomplish its purpose and improve the agricultural conditions in the California San Joaquin Valley by ensuring a sustainable and reliable water supply the organization engages in ancillary advocacy and political grassroots organizing activities.
