Changes are reviewed and voted on by voting members of the organization. Business meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month all year.

A copy of the 990 with all supporting documents is maintained on a Google Drive accessible to members for review. Financials and supporting supporting schedules are available to members of the governing body and uploaded to a shared drive accessible to governing body.
