Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Association has a management contract with HHRC LLC, an unrelated for-profit company. Darrell Heisler is an employee of HHRC LLC and provided services to the Association as Executive Director. The total contract amount paid to HHRC LLC during 2023-2024 FY was $89,553. The 2023 calendar compensation paid to HHRC LLC for the Executive Director services was $79,375.
