Explanation:

In May 2025, the Organization discovered that the Contractor hired by the Organization to manage its affairs, which included the obligation to timely file its Form 990, failed to file the 990 for 2023 or 2024 and failed in other duties and responsibilities. The contractor was terminated effective June 8, 2025. The prior contractor also failed to turn over prior tax and other financial records making the task of preparing the 2023 and 2024 returns difficult. A new Executive Director was hired and the Organization has been working diligently to get the returns filed as soon as practically possible.
