Part VI, Line 6	The club is a corporation organized on a membership basis. There are two classes of members - Class A and Class B. The clubs 50 Class A members elect 8 board members may serve on the board may serve as an officer and have all right title and interest in the property and assets of the club. In the event of liquidation of the club the assets of the club after payments of all debts and costs of liquidation shall be subject to applicable non-profit laws and regulations divided equally among the then Class A Members. The clubs 312 Class B members elect a B Member Board Representative.
Part VI, Line 7a	All of the clubs members may vote for a director of the clubs governing body the board of directors.
Part VI, Line 8a	The club secretary maintains minutes for all board of director meetings and the treasurer provides a written report for all board meetings.
