Form 990-EZ, Part II, Line 27 On September 30, 2024, The Plan was merged with and into the Rocky Mountain CementMasons Joint Apprenticeship and Journeymen Training Trust Fund (Rocky Mountain Trust)following the approval of the plan sponsors and governing bodies. This merger was undertaken to streamline administrative processes and enhance benefits for participants.As a result of the merger, all assets and liabilities of the Plan were transferred to Rocky Mountain Trust as of September 30, 2024. No material changes to participant benefits or contribution structures occurred due to the merger.
