Part X : FIN48 Footnote

Association of People Supporting Employment First received a determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service IRS to be treated as a tax-exempt entity pursuant to 501C6 of the Internal Revenue Code and did not have any unrelated business income for the years ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Due to the tax-exempt status, the Organization is not subject to income taxes. The Organization is required to file and do file tax returns with the IRS and other taxing authorities. Management has determined that the Organization does not have any uncertain tax positions for any open tax returns. While no income tax returns are currently being examined by the IRS, tax years since 2021 remain open.
