11(a) Participation in the local non-profit ecosystem and related fundraising blitzes are an important part of helping to get the word out about our non-profit and the resources provided by the local Community Foundation of Greater New Haven and other orgs are an extremely valuable resource for small non-profits without staff or budget for independent advertising campaigns
11(b) This line is the release of funds from our fiscal sponsor Whitneyville Cultural Commons which supported us while we were waiting to get our 501c3 status. This helped us to continue a few longer term projects and focus on further transforming the landscape of our lot as well as to coordinate volunteer efforts with cold beverages and appropriate tools for gardeners of all ages.
