EDUCATION, PROVIDE MEANS, MATERIALS, CLINICS, AND EQUIPMENT FOR ADVANCEMENT OF MUSIC AND SUPPPORT FOR THE BAND DIRECTORS, PERFORMANCE: PROVIDE MEANS AND ORGANIZATIONA BEHIND VARIOUS PERFORMANCES, COMPETITION, UIL, COLOR GUARD, PERCUSSION AND OTHER GROUPS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LEADERSHIP SUPPORT AND FINANCIAL AID TO ENHANCE THE BAND PROGRAM.
