An Area Conference event is held every two years in the odd year. This fiscal year involved planning for the next Area Conference to be held in 2025. Workshops, presentations, keynote speakers, activities, etc. will be held for registrants. Costs for the conference will be registration materials, speakers, conference events, travel for the executive team, hotel and convention center facilities, food and beverages, special activities, community service and exhibit displays. In addition to planning for the next Area Conference, routine meetings, activities and summits were held.
