Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	All who have joined and continue to pay dues are members. There are no stockholders.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Six of the officers are elected - Worshipful Master, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Treasurer, Secretary, & Tiler. The Worshipful Master appoints the remaining officers.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Treasurer prepares Form 990, then the Audit Committee and other relevant officers review it before it is submitted. Other members can review it upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Form 990 is publicly available. Other documents, such as governing documents and financial statements, are available upon request to the Board.
