Form 990, Part III, Line 2	The post supports events and meetings for Veterans Of Foreign Wars, Relatives and Families for the local area. The post is organized to assist it's members, community and veterans. The members are responsible for electing Officers and appointing committee chairpersons. All funds spent for the organization are voted and approved by the members. The Post operates under National, State and Post by-laws that are approved be the overall organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Organization nominates and elects officers annually. There must be a forum of the membership to vote. These members are required to pay annual or become an Life Member. Quarterly Audits of the financials are reviewed and audited by the three Trustees.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All new business is approved by the Forum of members at monthly business meetings. All funds are approved to be spent for operations and approved annually by the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Post is to provide programs, benefits and support for it's members, auxillary, communities and Veteran Families.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Post is annually inspected by the Department of Florida VFW.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The National VFW, Department and Post have a whistle policies. Members who have information or questions concerning an action must use the chain of command to file a compliant. They can also send information to the Department Quartermaster.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	The members can request to review funds and accounting at anytime through the Commander and Quartermaster.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Post Operations are subject to Audit and inspections at anytime. All records and funds are managed by the organization and it's officers. The Quartermaster and Commander manage the control of the funds for the benefit of the members.
Form 990, Part X, Line 2	The Post sold their property located at 350 SW 25th Street. Managing to pay for utilities, insurance and operational costs was not feasible. We are temporarly meeting rent free at the U.S. Navy League building on the same block. The Sales Price was $2,057,000. The Closing costs were $130,372. The balance of $1,927,475 was place with a fund management company, Florida Atlantic Funds.
