Explanation:

I thought it was filed. Turns out there were two problems 1) I could not get the system out of "edit" mode and to file. Row "QUICK JUMP" link at the end of this form does not work because my computer is a touchscreen. It DOES NOT allow me to file the form - this site is the problem. Turns out I needed to get a mouse - thank goodness my wife figured it out. 2) Then, now that I filed it, the IRS is telling me that the entity is a 501(c)4 and not a 501(c)3 so apparently I need to go back in and change that.........
