Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	EDPMA retained the services of a management firm, MCI Inc. through September of 2024. Management fees represent amounts paid to MCI under the terms of the agreement to provide management, back-office services, office space, equipment and other resources. Management fees paid to MCI totaled $630,725 for the nine months ended September 30, 2024. The Association's Executive Director was an employee of and was compensated by MCI. Beginning October 1, 2024 EDPMA retained the services of Kellen who specializes in the management and administration of trade associations and professional societies. Management fees represent amounts paid to Kellen under the terms of the agreement to provide management, back-office and other services, office space, equipment and other resources. Management fees paid to Kellen totaled $159,167 for the three months ended December 31, 2024. The Association's Senior Account Director was an employee of and was compensated by Kellen.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	EDPMA has three classes of members, which are Emergency Department Physician Groups, Billing Organizations, and Supporting Organizations. Each active member shall be entitled to one vote in all EDPMA affairs that call for a vote of the membership.
