Return Reference	Explanation
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	Article I, Section 2 was changed in how they set an alternate meeting date. Article II, Sections 1,2,3,4,5 were changed to reflect the amount of delegates and stewards, also how ties are handled in stewards elections, reduced salaries of certain positions. Article IV, Section 2 was changed to the calculations in dues. Article V, Section 2,4,5,6,7 was changed to remove language restricting motions, add a convention fund, remove language regarding strikes, remove language retirement gifts and adding new language based years of service. Added language for being able to pay normal expenses up to a certain amount without specific approval, expenses to be paid to members when conducting union business. Article VI, Sections 3,4,5; these sections were changed as language clean up. Article VII, Section 2 was changed to remove language regarding strikes.
