What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Consumer protection as it relates to the sales of Hawaii's in-destination experiences (air, land and sea tours). A3H vets that these businesses are properly insured, certified, permitted, registered in the state to do business, and following all laws. A3H also represents the interests of these small businesses to all levels of government, county, state and federal.
